Please contact us at support@GoTecs.com first before returning any items. Following is our Return Policy: No Returns on Media's, such as, Cartridges, VHS's, CDs, DVDs, and Bluray Movies or Games. We are not responsible for any Computer component compatibility issues. The Buyer is responsible to check compatibility with PC Manufacturer before buying any Computer components. All returns that are not defective or for invalid reasons are subject to a 15% Restocking Fee. We must be contacted within 14 days of purchase and items must be shipped back to us in the same condition as received within those 14 days. Please use a reliable Carrier, as we are not responsible for lost items through the mail. The Buyer is also responsible for all Returning Shipping costs. Thank you for your Business!

GoTecs usually ships your item within 24 - 48 hours, excludes Weekends and Holidays.. On very rare occasions, we might exceed 48 hours. We will inform all of our Customers if it will take longer than 48 hours. All of our products are shipped within the United States, so you do not have to wait weeks for your order.

If you see an item "On Hold" status instead of "Buy Now", it means that we have sold out of that product and working on restocking the item. Note: We can not Guarantee that we will be able to restock on the specific item and we can not Guarantee the price.

Please make sure your shipping address is your billing or confirmed address on Paypal or Google Checkout. We cannot ship to a different address after order has been put in. When submitting an Order, please make sure your shipping address is correct . All cancel request orders after order has been paid will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

If you are paying with Paypal's E-Check, please understand that we will not ship your order until your E-Check is Cleared and Deposited to our Paypal's Account, which usually takes about 3 - 5 days. Please also keep in mind that we do not hold any items for buyers who pays by E-Check. If E-Check is Cleared and the item has ran out of stock, we will provide you with a full refund of your order.
